Services

IFS Security Services provides security manpower, surveillance solutions, and related services based on written or approved agreements.

Bookings & Service Contracts

• All services are confirmed only after written approval, signed agreement, or advance payment.

• Service scope, manpower strength, hourly duties, and duration will be clearly mentioned in the service contract.

• Any changes in requirements must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide a safe working environment for our security personnel.

• Follow applicable laws and regulations at the service location.

• Immediately report any incidents or risk situations to our field supervisor.

Payment Terms

• Payment deadlines and billing cycles are mentioned in the agreement.

• Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse our personnel for activities outside agreed duties.

• Copy or misuse website content, logos, or brand assets.

• Use our website for illegal or harmful activities.

Limitation of Liability

IFS Security Services is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by misuse of instructions by the client.

• Incidents beyond reasonable human control (e.g., riots, disasters, illegal force).

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per contract terms.
